Before you email

If you're chasing an order, have your order number ready — it's in your confirmation email and starts with #.

If you're asking about delivery, note that tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch. That gap is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

If the band isn't waking you, tell us how you're wearing it before you give up on it. Nine times out of ten it's the strap being too loose — the band needs proper contact with your wrist to work — or the intensity set too low. Both are a thirty-second fix.
