What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number if you provide it, and order details. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers — we never see or store your full card number.
When you browse the site we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, and how you interact with the site, via cookies and similar technologies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To fulfil and ship your order and communicate with you about it — performance of a contract.
- To provide support and handle returns — performance of a contract.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure — our legitimate interests.
- To send you marketing — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Shopify, which hosts our store; our payment processors; our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers, who need your address to deliver your order; our email provider; and analytics and advertising providers including Google and Meta. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States and China. Where that is the case, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, as required for tax and accounting. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Analytics data for up to 26 months.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict our processing of it, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Email mutewake@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Cyprus this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies where you consent. You can manage these through our cookie banner or your browser settings.
Children
Our store is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
