Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders placed before 15:00 EEST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery times
Delivery is typically 5–10 business days within the EU. Times vary by destination and can be longer during peak periods.
- Cyprus, Greece and Central Europe: 5–9 business days
- Rest of EU: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- United States and Canada: 8–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Shipping cost
Free on every order, to every destination we ship to. There is no minimum.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Tracking can take a further 24–48 hours to show its first scan — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and import duties
Orders within the EU carry no additional customs charges. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are set by your government, are outside our control, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it. If you spot a mistake, email us at mutewake@gmail.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not yet left the warehouse.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived 25 business days after dispatch, email us and we will either replace it or refund you in full.
