1. These terms
By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. The site is operated by [YOUR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME], [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS], Cyprus, trading as MuteWake.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
3. Pricing and tax
Prices are shown in euro. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on your order and no VAT invoice can be issued. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel and refund rather than fulfil.
4. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary, and specifications may be updated by our manufacturer. Minor variations are not defects.
5. Intended use
The band is a consumer alarm device. It is not a medical device. It is not designed or certified for use in any situation where failure to wake could result in injury, and it should not be relied on as the sole alert in a safety-critical setting.
6. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights as a consumer under Cypriot and EU law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
